Content Policy

Fluxvideos exists to put a character into your own video. It works when everyone involved agrees. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, do not upload it and ask us at support@fluxvideos.co.

Before every job you confirm that:

• You hold the rights to the video and the reference images you upload.
• Every person appearing in them, including you, has given consent for their likeness to be used this way.
• If you use a real person's likeness as the replacement character, you have their documented consent.

It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate or attempt to generate:

• Sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind, with any degree of nudity or innuendo.
• Any content involving minors, even if not sexual.
• Impersonation or deepfakes of real people (public or private figures) without their documented consent, or content that could mislead about what someone said or did.
• Harassment, intimidation, hate speech, graphic violence or incitement to violence.
• Content that is illegal in Colombia or in your country, or that infringes copyright, trademarks or third-party image rights.

Every video and reference image goes through automated screening before any processing, and text prompts are checked against lists of prohibited terms. If screening detects a violation the job is rejected and no generation credits are spent. We may manually review reported or suspicious content.

1. First violation: the job is rejected and a strike is recorded on your account.
2. Second violation: we close the account permanently. Remaining credits are forfeited and there is no refund.

We reserve the right to reject any content at our discretion, to close an account on the first violation in serious cases (especially anything involving minors) and to report illegal content to the authorities, preserving the necessary evidence.

If you believe a decision was a mistake, write to support@fluxvideos.co from your account email within 14 days, with the job identifier and your explanation. We answer within 10 business days. If the appeal succeeds we restore the account or the affected credits.

If you believe someone is using your likeness without consent, or that content breaches this policy, write to support@fluxvideos.co with as much detail as possible. We handle these reports as a priority.
