Privacy Policy

Fluxvideos, operated by an individual based in Colombia, is the data controller for your personal data. Contact channel for any request: support@fluxvideos.co.

This policy covers https://fluxvideos.co and all its features.

• Account: email address, preferred language and a record of your acceptances (terms and age). Your password is held, hashed, by our identity provider (Amazon Cognito); we never see it.
• Content: the videos and reference images you upload, intermediate files and generated videos.
• Usage: job history, credit balance and movements, purchase references (never card numbers).
• Technical: IP address, request identifiers, browser and server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics: aggregated browsing data through Google Analytics, only if you accept it.

• To provide the service: create your account, process your videos, manage your credits and send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts, job notices).
• Security: automated content screening, fraud and abuse prevention, usage limits.
• Legal and accounting compliance.
• Product improvement from aggregated metrics.

We do not sell your data or your content, and we do not use them to train AI models.

To run the service we share data with providers acting as processors, mostly in the United States:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage, identity and email delivery.
• Replicate, Enhancor, fal.ai and WaveSpeed: AI inference on your videos and images. They receive temporary copies of your content through time-limited links.
• Polar and Wompi: payment processing, under their own policies.
• Google: Sign in with Google (if you use it) and Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare: DNS and bot protection (Turnstile) on forms.

By using the service you authorise the international transfer of your data to these providers, mainly in the United States, under contractual confidentiality and security safeguards.

• Uploaded videos, intermediate files and drafts: deleted 7 days after the job ends.
• Final videos: available for download for 45 days, then deleted.
• Account data, credit history and purchase references: while the account exists and up to 5 years afterwards for accounting and tax obligations.
• Technical logs: 14 days.

Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 you have the right to know, update, correct and delete your personal data, to revoke your consent and to complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. We also offer every user, whatever their country, the rights of access, correction, deletion and portability.

To exercise them, write to support@fluxvideos.co from your account email. We answer within 10 business days for enquiries and 15 business days for complaints, as the law requires.

You can delete your account and your data in two ways:

1. From your account: sign in, open Account and use "Delete account". We will ask you to confirm your email.
2. By email: write to support@fluxvideos.co from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account".

Either way the account is disabled immediately, sessions are closed and the data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase references).

If you signed in through an external provider (Google), deleting your Fluxvideos account does not affect your account with that provider.

• Strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and Cloudflare Turnstile on forms. These need no consent.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics. You can decline it in the cookie notice or block it in your browser; the service works the same.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, least-privilege access, secrets kept out of the code and automated content screening. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data we will inform you.

The service is for adults aged 18 or over only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors or allow content involving them. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows when. For material changes we will notify you by email or a notice on the site.
