Terms of Service

Fluxvideos ("we", "us") is an online service operated by an individual based in Colombia, available at https://fluxvideos.co. It replaces the person in a short video (4 to 30 seconds) with a character defined by reference images you upload, using artificial-intelligence models.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Content Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and confirm it explicitly when you sign up.
• You can sign up with an email and password or with your Google account. One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything that happens in your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the Content Policy.

• The service is paid with prepaid credits. One credit equals USD 0.01. Credits are sold in packs, in US dollars or Colombian pesos.
• Each action (draft, 720p or 1080p render) consumes credits per second of video. Per-second prices may change at any time; before each action you see the most it can cost ("up to N credits").
• When you start an action we hold that maximum from your balance. When it finishes we charge only the actual cost and release the rest. A failed job is never charged.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and expire 12 months after purchase.
• Credits bought at an earlier price are spent at the prices in force when you use them.

• Purchases outside Colombia are processed by Polar as merchant of record: Polar is the seller, issues the receipt and handles applicable taxes.
• Purchases in Colombian pesos are processed by Wompi as payment processor; in that case Fluxvideos is the seller.
• Fluxvideos never stores card numbers or bank details.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

• You confirm that you hold the rights and the consent of every person appearing in the videos and images you upload, including your own likeness.
• Strictly prohibited: sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind; any content involving minors; impersonation or deepfakes of real people without their documented consent; harassment, hate, violence or illegal content.
• Every video and image goes through automated screening before processing. If a violation is detected the job is rejected and a strike is recorded. On the second strike we close the account, remaining credits are forfeited and there is no refund.
• You may appeal by writing to support@fluxvideos.co within 14 days; we answer within 10 business days.
• We may reject any content at our discretion and report illegal content to the authorities.

• You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it to our inference providers solely to provide the service to you.
• To the extent permitted by law, generated videos are yours and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and third-party rights.
• The Fluxvideos brand, site, code and documentation remain our property.

The service and generated videos are provided "as is". AI models can produce artefacts, inconsistencies or unexpected results, which is why we offer a draft before the final render. We do not guarantee any particular result or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data.

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you upload or generate in breach of these Terms.

You can close your account at any time from the account page or by emailing support@fluxvideos.co. We may suspend or close your account for breaches of these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. When an account closes your right to use the service ends; remaining credits are forfeited unless the law provides otherwise.

We may change these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or a notice on the site at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
